As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with a safe and supportive relationship. I work with adults, families, adolescents and young adults to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenging transitions, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward lasting change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with a specialization in Latino/a Mental Health. I am especially passionate about serving individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I bring cultural humility, sensitivity, and a bicultural perspective to support clients as they explore identity, intergenerational dynamics, and community-related stressors.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an added trauma-focused lens, and client-centered approach to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a supportive space that’s guided by your goals, shaped around your needs, and rooted in approaches that truly work. We’ll work to understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools that empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.
My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth. Therapy with me is an active and collaborative process—one where your voice is central, and your goals guide our work.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to walk with you.
