LMSW

As a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW), I believe in the dignity and worth of every person and in
the innate resiliency that individuals have. I uphold that every person has a unique story and that individuals know themselves better than anyone else. I am a graduate of Western Michigan University, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work. I feel a great tie to this community and am passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves.

With my education and experience working with children and adults who have experienced
trauma, anxiety, and depression, I believe that the road to healing is different for each person. I take a client-centered approach and believe that as a therapist, I am here to support and guide individuals toward greater healing and well-being. I strive to create a safe, welcome, and judgment-free space for clients to share their experiences in.

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and in Brainspotting.

My experience has involved working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety,
depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and self-esteem struggles.

My areas of interest include:
• Trauma
• PTSD
