William Baranski
PMHNP
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with four years of experience providing mental health care in inpatient psychiatry, community mental health programs, and inpatient substance use disorder treatment. I have worked with individuals facing concerns such as depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance use challenges, and other mental health conditions. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of how unique each person's experience is with mental health in their lives. I value meeting each person where they are and working together to create treatment goals that feel meaningful and achievable.
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Patients have described me as a good listener who is easy to talk to, and I work to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I focus on understanding the whole person by learning about their life experiences, strengths, values, and goals. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and may include medication management, education, and supportive therapeutic interventions. My goal is to help you feel supported and experience meaningful, lasting improvements in your mental health and overall quality of life.
